Transaction Currency
The listed currencies are informative and all transactions are made in Euro (€).
Changes and Returns
For all cases you wish to return or replace the product you bought you must inform us within ten (10) days of receipt of the product at the email address (e-mail) “info @ pataraki-shoes. gr »or contact us at: 2103634286 notifying us of the reason for change or return and filling in the contact phone. Then a partner from the transport company will contact you to receive the return parcel.
After the end of ten (10) days the changes or returns will not be accepted.
The customer will be charged the costs amounting to the amount of 4.00 Euros (€).
Return Conditions
- the product must not have been used.
- the return must be made within ten (10) calendar days.
- the product must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt (Retail Receipt, invoice, Delivery Note-Invoice, etc.)
- and be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage, and its packaging is the one that normally accompanies the product.
Refund
Each refund upon receipt and inspection of the product, will be made within 10 working days from the date of receipt, the sending of all refund details (IBAN, beneficiary information).
Refund amount is stated the amount of value of the product without including the respective costs that the customer may have paid when shipping to him.
All returns are made by bank transfer, through web banking process from our account to a partner bank and our company bears only the bank charges borne by this bank. Any bank charges that will arise to the customer can not be known and therefore are borne by the customer.
